摘要
目的观察柔肝定眩止鸣汤治疗眩晕耳鸣的临床疗效。方法将160例眩晕耳鸣患者随机分为2组。治疗组80例予柔肝定眩止鸣汤治疗,日1剂,水煎服;对照组80例予敏使朗、谷维素、西比灵口服治疗。2组疗程均为4周,观察2组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率92.5%,对照组总有效率32.5%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效明显优于对照组;对其原发病其他伴随症状的改善程度治疗组亦明显高于对照组。结论柔肝定眩止鸣汤治疗眩晕耳鸣疗效确切,并能改善原发病症状。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Rougan dingxuan zhiming decoction on vertigo and tinnitus patients. Methods 160 cases of vertigo and tinnitus were randomly divided into two groups, Rougan dingxuan zhiming decoction were given to the treatment group （ n = 80）, and Merislon,Oryzanolum,Sibelium were given to the control group （ n = 80）. The therapeutic course was four weeks in both groups. Then the therapeutic effect of two groups was observed. Results The total effective rate in treatment group （92.5%） was higher than that in control group （32.5%, P 〈 0.05）. Improvement of symptoms caused from primary disease in treatment group were superior to those in the control group. Con- clusion The Rougan dingxuan zhiming decoction has better effect in treatment of vertigo and tinnitus, it also can cure symptoms of primary disease.
