中浆复明汤治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的临床观察

The clinical observation of Zhongjiangfuming decoction on central serous choroid retinopathy

目的观察中浆复明汤治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变(以下简称中浆)的临床疗效。方法将55例中浆患者随机分为2组。治疗组30例采用中浆复明汤治疗,日1剂,水煎取汁450mL,分3次餐后口服。对照组25例采用维脑路通300mg,肌苷200mg,地巴唑10mg,维生素B110mg,均每日3次口服。2组均1个月为1个疗程,2个疗程后统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率93.33%,对照组总有效率84.00%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中浆复明汤治疗中浆疗效确切。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Zhongjiangfuming decoction on central serous choroid retinopathy. Methods 55 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups. 30 in the treatment group were given Zhongjiangfuming decoction 150 ml each time after meal, 3 times a day. 35 in the control group were given Troxerutin tablets 300 mg, Inosine 200 mg, Dibazol 10 mg, and Vitamin B 110 mg, 3 times a day for each. Recording was made 2 months later（2 treatment courses）. Results The total effective rate was 93.33 % in treatment group and 84.00 in control group. There was a significant difference between two groups （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Zhongjiangfuming decoction has an obvious effect on central serous choroid retinopathy.
