摘要
目的探讨白细胞介素-10(IL-10)对急性呼吸衰竭(ARF)家兔的保护作用。方法健康新西兰家兔40只随机分为油酸性ARF组(ARF组)和IL-10组(在复制油酸性急性呼吸衰竭模型前30min向家兔气管内滴加4000UIL-10),每组20只。观察2组家兔肺组织的形态学改变并计算肺系数,分别测定2组家兔外周血和支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中炎性介质肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的表达水平。结果IL-10组家兔外周血和BALF中TNF-α水平均明显低于ARF组(P<0.05),IL-10组肺系数明显低于ARF组(P<0.05)。结论IL-10可通过抑制TNF-α的表达发挥对ARF时肺损伤的保护作用。
Objective To study the protection of interleukin-10(IL-10) in rabbits with acute respiratory failure(ARF). Methods Forty New ZeaLand rabbits were randomly divided into ARF group (n = 20) and IL-10 group (n = 20). In ARF group, oleicacid was ased to make ARF model. In IL-10 group, IL-10 (4 000 U) was dropped in windpipe before making ARF model. The levels of tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α) in serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) were measured in two groups. Results The levels of TNF-α in serum and BALF were lower in IL-10 group than these in ARF group ( P 〈 0.05 ), the pulmonary coefficients was lower in in IL-10 group than this in ARF group(P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion IL-10 can protect injury of lungs inrabbits with ARF by inhibiting the expression of TNF-α.
