历史街区保护模式转换的特色缺失问题

The loss of characteristics of the historic districts in their protection mode conversion

针对我国目前历史街区保护模式从单纯政府资金投入到商业化结合过度的转变过程中出现的文化特色缺失问题,以成都部分与RBD结合的历史街区为例,探讨依托此种模式解决历史街区既要进行保护又要进行商业利用的矛盾问题,以此明确历史街区的持续发展是需要商业发展与文化传承并进的,同时也需要注意度的衡量。

The paper discusses the loss of cultural characteristcs of the historic districts in China in their protection mode conversion from that of the government-funded into the commercialized one. Taking the transformation of some historic districts in Chengdu which combines with RBD as an example, we explore the mode which not only protects the historic districts but also develops their commercial potential. We argue that the sustainable development of the historic districts needs combining the commercial development with cultural transference and inheritance.
