英语教学的方法很多。理念不同,教法也不一样。以听促学是一种新的学习英语的途径。从分析该途径的基本思路出发,区分了该途径与英语听说法,对该途径所基于的教学理念进行了具体阐述,指出以听促学必须注意的两个关键环节。

Teaching ideas we have determine the teaching methods we adopt.Learning English by listening is a new method to learn English. The paper starts from the basic train of thought of the method, then differenciates the method from the Audio-lingual Method. After that, it explains the teaching ideas on which the method is based in details.And finally it points out the two cruxes we have to pay attention to when carrying out the method.
