摘要
Φ32mm以下聚乙烯管材高速挤出的难点主要在于冷却定型装置的结构设计。本文重点对小规格的聚乙烯管材高速挤出成型工艺的难点进行分析,并对挤出成型工艺以及产品质量控制的要点进行了阐述。
The main difficulty of under Ф 32 mm polyethylene pipe highspeed extrusion is the structure design of the cooling device. It focus on analyzing difficulties of high speed extrusion moulding process of small size polyethylene pipes. And the main points of extrusion process and product quality control are described.
