捷地枢纽工程的加固设计以安全鉴定为依据,以水文化理念为先导,充分考虑了分洪闸的历史价值,提出了合理的加固设计方案,并对新建捷地闸进行了水力计算和稳定计算。方案在满足技术性要求的同时体现了水利工程与水文化的融合。

On the basis of safety identification, regarding the water culture theory as the guide,the design of reinforcing Jiedi hydro-junction project has fully considered the historical value of flood diversion sluice, proposed a reasonable sheme of reinforcing, and carried on water conservancy calculation＂ and stable calculation of the newly-built Jiedi Gate. The scheme does not only meet the technical requirement, but also embodies the integration of water conservancy engineering and water culture.
