摘要
在SBR反应器中以葡萄糖为唯一碳源,以普通絮状活性污泥为接种污泥培养好氧颗粒污泥,36d后形成好氧颗粒污泥,粒径2~5mm,对COD去除率保持在90%.对形成的好氧颗粒污泥进行基质降解和污泥生长动力学研究,得到好氧颗粒污泥基质降解动力学参数Ks/485.0(mg·L^-1),Vmax/1.2h^-1,生长动力学参数Y/0.156kgMLVSS/COD,Kd/0.30d^-1.
Aerobic granular sludge was cultivated in a sequencing batch reactor with synthetic wastewater by seeding activated sludge. The mature aerobic granular sludge was obtained after 36 days with a diameter ranging from 2 mm to 5 mm. The COD removal efficiency is 90%. The kinetics of substrate degradation and biomass growth were discussed. The kinetic coefficients of Ks, Vmax, Y, Kd are 485.0mg/L, 1.2h^-1, 0.156 kgMLVSS/COD, 0.30d^-1 respectively.
