对真理的追求是科学实用特性的深层本质,怀疑或否定科学所具有的实用价值,实际上是一种理想主义的科学观。当代科学直接影响人们的生活,因此,必须制定科学合理的教育和科技政策:一方面,要制定合理的科学教育目标,激发"纯科学"的研究兴趣;另一方面,也必须引导科学技术人员从事具体的应用研究,以推动科学事业的发展。

As the pursuit of truth is the profound nature of the practical features of sclence,any doubt or negation of the practical value of science is actually a concept of idealist science. Due to the direct influence of science on people＇s life, it is necessary to set up scientific and proper policies of education and science and technology. On the one hand, proper objectives of education of science to kindle the interest of ＂pure science＂ research ;on the other hand,scientists and technicians should be guided into specific application research to promote the development of the course of science.
