On the work content and quality cultivation of network editors

从网络编辑员被列为"三百六十行"的一个单独行业说起,描述了中国网络编辑从业人员的现状:规模、知识背景、职业特征等等,对网络编辑的工作范围进行了初步界定,对他们的工作性质和特点做了分析;并针对网络编辑应具备的知识结构和技术能力进行阐述;在此基础上对网络编辑的未来发展提出建议。

As people＇s understanding about the work content and quality cultivation of network editors remains vague, the practitioners＇ working abilities are weakened. This paper intends to sort through the work content of network editors＇ with reference to the functional characters and job characteristics, and to explore the basic quality cultivation necessary to network editors so as to promote the working capacity.
