Contract Authorization Management of Northwest Electric Power Design Institute

合同是企业经济活动的门户,随着企业的业务发展,企业经营活动中的合同管理就显得十分重要。本文基于企业发展战略和企业规范化管理的要求,结合本企业发展的实际情况,具体分析合同管理现状,以规则主导的合同管理模式为目标,从企业合同管理分类、管理流程、合同授权、合同管理过程控制等方面入手,对我院合同授权管理体系进行研究,从而建立和完善适合我院的合同授权管理体系,防范合同管理风险,提高企业合同管理水平。

A contract is the portal of a company＇ s economic activity. With the development of a company＇ s business, the contract management becomes very important. Based on the enterprise development strategy and standardized management, and considering the actual situation of Northwest Electric Power Design Institute （NWEPDI） and aiming at rule-oriented contract management modes, the contract authorization management system of NWEPDI has been studied in this paper in terms of the current contract management situations, contract classification, the basic contract management process, the contract authorization, and the control of contract management process of NWEPDI etc. so as to create and promote the contract authorization management systems suitable for NWEPDI, to avoid the risk of contract management, and to improve enterprise contract management .
