摘要
党的十七大报告提出了"完善体现科学发展观和正确政绩观要求的干部考核评价体系"。这为全党提出了一个具有重大政治和现实意义的问题,也为新时期下科学探索我国领导干部的政绩考核提出了新的要求。本文就新时期领导干部政绩评价体系进行对比研究。
The Party's 17th session of the General Assembly reported “Improve the evaluation system which Reflect the scien-tific development concept and a correct Performance concepts requirements”. This proposed for the Party has significant political and the practical significance question, also the science explored our country for the new time under leading cadre's achievements inspection to set the new request. This article the leading cadre achievements appraisal system to the new time to conduct the contrast research.
