摘要
知识经济时代图书馆的地位更加重要,对图书馆员也提出了新的要求,加强和改进图书馆人力资源管理至关重要。而传统的图书馆人力资源管理存在不少的问题,如缺乏人力资本的概念、忽视成本管理、队伍素质下降、学术水平滑坡等,严重制约了图书馆的服务功能。因而,应当确立图书馆人力资源考核评价和管理的新体制新理念,建立以人为本的管理模式。
The library is mord and more important in knowledge economic times. So we should strengthen and improve the man-agement of library human resourees. There are many shorteomings in traditional management of library human resources, sueh as the laek of human eost eoncept, ignoring the eost management,lower quality of librarians and aeademic standard, which re- strict the funetion of library service. So we should set up a new ideal and model to manage and assess human resources.
