摘要
针对普通齿轮泵存在较大的不平衡径向力等问题,介绍了无啮合力齿轮泵的设计思想、结构原理和特点,以无啮合力齿轮泵体积最小为目标建立无啮合力齿轮泵的优化数学模型,应用MATLAB优化工具箱进行无啮合力齿轮泵的结构参数优化设计,在满足约束条件下对其主要参数进行运算,得出了优化结果,提高了设计精度和设计效率。
High unbalanced radial force and other problems occur in traditional gear pumps. In the paper a gear pump without mesh-force design idea,structure principle and characteristics were presented. A optimized design mathematic algorithm aiming at minimum cubage of the gear pump was established. Its contracture parameters were optimized with optimization toolbox in MATLAB. The primary parameters were optimized by calculation on the condition of constraints satisfied. The design precision and efficiency were improved.
