复层牺牲阳极在污水潜水电泵中的应用研究

STUDY OF SACRIFICIAL ANODE MULTILAYER IN APPLICATION TO ELECTRIC SUBMERSIBLE PUMP

研制的复层可对污水潜水电泵表面（包含过流部件的表面）形成牺牲阳极保护，它的构成是以氮化形成的ε为内层，Ｎｉ－Ｐ化学镀层为外层，这种复层可使潜水电泵在兼顾耐磨抗蚀的同时，具有美观的外表。

おhe multilayer which can form sacrificial anode on the surface of electric submersible pump is developed. It consists of inner layer of εphase formed by nitriding, and outer NiP coating by electroless plating. The multilayer makes the surface of electric submersible pump both wear and corrosion resistance. At the same time, the pump is possessed of beautiful surface.
