摘要
载货汽车可靠性分析软件是针对载货汽车可靠性信息管理系统而开发的实用分析软件。本文介绍了描述整车随机过程的累积故障强度函数及其参数的估计方法以及零件可靠性的数学分析方法。
お reliability analysis software of trucks was developed for the reliability information management system. The reliability analysis software was consisted of two subsystems: a truck reliability analysis subsystem and a components reliability analysis subsystem. A process of truck failures in tests was described by a Weibull stochastic process in the truck reliability analysis subsystem. A cumulative failure density function and a failure density function were used for the description of truck failure regularity. A method of the Weibull stochastic process parameter estimation was introduced. Four kinds of distributions were used in components reliability analysis subsystem. They are Exponential distribution, Weibull distribution, Normal distribution and Logarithmic normal distribution. The nonlinear regression and the method of choosing small square sum of residues from four distributions were adopted for determining the optimal distribution. The parameter estimation methods of four distributions were introduced too.
