摘要
本文报道29例以脑卒中为首发症状的脑肿瘤,其中26例经手术和病理检查证实,余3例经脑血管造影和脑室碘水造影确诊。临床表现①以急性或进展型脑卒中起病19例;②以珠网膜下腔出血起病4例;③以记忆力衰退酷似脑动脉硬化症2例;④以小卒中起病4例。文章对其发病机理进行分析。
The paper reported 29 cases of brain tumor with apoplectoid onset. The clinical manifestations were characterized with acute stroke in 19 cases, subarachnoid hemorrhage in 4 cases, mental deterioration in 2 cases and TIA in 4 cases.26 patients underwent craniotomy and the diagnosis was confirmed by pathologic study. Three other patients had positive findings by carotid arteriography and CONRAY ventriculography. The patnogenesis of the cases was analysed briefly.
