摘要
基于大变形非线性有限元理论,建立了三维Hughes-Liu壳单元有限元模型,模拟了轻型汽车底盘金属薄板弹簧支架冲压成形过程,给出了板料在成形过程中厚度、法向应变等结果。结果表明本文提出的力学模型是可靠的。模拟结果为确定冲压工艺参数提供重要的理论依据。
おased on the large deformation、nonlinear finite element theory, a finite element model for simulating the three dimensional sheet metal forming process has been developed with HughesLiu shell element. Spring support of chassis in automobile has been simulated. The results of thickness and normal strain are given. It shows that the model is reliable. Simulation process can provide important theoretical basis for manufacturing procedures.
