摘要
对高效抗逆转录病毒疗法(Highly Active Antiretroviral Therapy,HAART)治疗AIDS后肝损伤,从流行病学、发病机制、病理特点、临床表现、鉴别诊断等方面进行了分析,认为HAART长期使用可出现慢性肝损害,临证运用应引起重视。
the article discussed the hepatic injury after treating in HAART stand by epidemiology, pathogenesy, feature of pathology, clinical manifestation and antidiastole and pointed out hepatic lesion would be showed after long-term using HAART and the doctor should be notice in clinic.
