体细胞无性系变异改良小麦品质的研究——第7和第8代子粒蛋白质和面筋含量分析 被引量:4

摘要 在前文研究的基础上,进一步对小麦单细胞培养和未熟胚培养再生植株无性系第7代和第8代子粒蛋白质和干、湿面筋含量进行测定与分析。结果表明,体细胞无性系子粒蛋白含量为14%~17%,干面筋含量为11%~14%,湿面筋含量为32%~42%。面筋与蛋白质含量之间虽然存在正相关关系,但未达显著水平。湿面筋与干面筋含量之间则高度显著正相关。 Based on the previous study, grain protein content and gluten, both wet and dry, content of Somaclones generation seventh and eighth from single cells culture and immature embryo culture in vitro in spring wheat were studied. The result showed that it is the same as protein content, the variation of high gluten either derived from single cells culture in vitro or from immature embryo culture have been found and could be inheritable between generations. Significantly, positive correlation has been found between wet and dry gluten in the two generations.
