摘要
细辛反藜芦之说,源于"十八反"歌诀。通过近年来大量文献研究,认为细辛反藜芦不宜作为法定的配伍禁忌,其范围应用不宜盲目扩大,对细辛藜芦药在临床应用时应持审慎态度。
the theory of asiasarum against hellebore was source of eighteen antagonisms song. The asiasarum against hellebore should not be officinal imcompatibility. The asiasarum and hellebore should scrupulosity in clinical application.
