降糖通络片治疗糖尿病周围神经病变60例临床研究

60 Cases of Diabetes Peripheral Neuropathy Treated in the Decreasing Sugar and Removing Collaterals Obstruction Tablets

目的:评价降糖通络片治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)临床疗效。方法:120例DPN患者随机分成降糖通络片治疗组和弥可保片对照组,治疗8周,观察其治疗前后临床症状、体征、神经传导速度的变化。结果:两组DPN患者临床症状及体征均有不同程度的改善,治疗组有效率86.67%;对照组有效率68.33%。治疗后两组病人SNCV较治疗前均有显著提高(P<0.01),且治疗组SNCV提高的幅度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在降糖治疗的基础上,加服具有益气养阴、活血通络之功的降糖通络片,能够改善局部的血液循环,缓解临床症状,提高神经传导速度。

Objective： to evaluate the effect of the decreasing sugar and removing collaterals obstruction tablets to treat the diabetes peripheral neuropathy. Method： 120 eases were divided into treatment and control randomly, The course of treatment was 8 weeks. The clinical symptom, physical sign and change of nerve conduction velocity were observed before and after treatment, Result： the total effective rate was 86.67% in treatment and 68.33% in control. Conclusion： the decreasing sugar and removing collaterals obstruction tablets have the function to improve partial blood circulation and relieve clinical symptom and raise nerve conduction velocity.
