清热利湿凉血饮治疗乙型肝炎急性黄疸型临床研究

Acute Jaundice HB Treated with the Clearing Heat and Damp Elimination and Cooling Blood Decoction

目的:观察清热利湿凉血饮治疗乙型肝炎急性黄疸型的疗效。方法:随机分为两组,均采用常规的西药护肝治疗,治疗组52例,在西药常规疗法上加服中药清热利湿凉血饮。结果:对照组52例,有效率为78.8%;治疗组有效率为88.5%。结论:清热利湿凉血饮联合护肝西药治疗乙型肝炎急性黄疸型能明显提高疗效。

Objective. to observe the effect of clearing heat and damp elimination and cooling blood decoction on treating acute jaundice HB. Method. the cases were divided treatment and control. The treatment （52 cases） was treated with clearing heat and damp elimination and cooling blood decoction on the basis of medical conventional therapy. Result： the effective power was 78.8 % in control and 88.5% in treatment. Conclusion： the clearing heat and damp elimination and cooling blood decoction combined protect liver drugs could raise effect to acute jaundice HB.
