加味血府逐瘀汤治疗偏头痛64例

64 Cases of Migraine Treated in Modified Decoction for Removing Blood Stasis in the Chest

目的:观察加味血府逐瘀汤治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:将124例偏头痛患者随机分为两组,分别用加味血府逐瘀汤和麦角胺制剂对照治疗。结果:治疗64例,治愈42例,好转18例,无效4例,有效率93.8%。对照组60例,治愈28例,好转18例,无效14例,有效率76.7%。在P<0.05条件下,两组比较,差异有显著意义。结论:血府逐瘀汤加减治疗偏头痛有较好疗效。

Objective： to observe the clinical effect of Decoction for removing blood stasis in the chest on migraine. Method： 124 cases of migraine were randomly divided into 2 groups as follow： Decoction for removing blood stasis in the chest and Ergotamine group. Results. 64 cases of treatment that 42 cases were healing well, 18 cases were take a turn for the better and effective power was 93.8% and 60 cases of control that 28 cases were healing well, 18 cases were took a turn for the better and effective power was 76.7%. Conclusion： modified Decoction for removing blood stasis in the chest has the better effect to treat migraine.
