摘要
保险业是一个电子化很高的行业。无论是保险客户各类相关资料的电子化管理,还是后期客户在投保、理赔上的各项服务,原来的保单归档处理流程已经不能满足高速运转的工作需要。本文就电子文件在保险业档案管理工作中的优点和不足及如何开展保险行业档案管理工作进行了探讨。
Insurance industry is an industry with a high degree of electronization. No matter whether it is the electronic management for all kinds of information of insurance clients or it is the services of all kinds for taking out insurance and making claims by the client during the late stage, the original flow of dealing with the files of insurance policies can not meet the work demand with the high speed. This paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of electronic files in the file management in insurance industry and explores the file management in insurance industry.
