法律职业化背景下高职法学教学方法探讨

本文从当前高职法学教学方法存在的问题出发,对高职法学教育目标进行了初步探讨,从而得出高职法学教学方法应以培养学生实践能力为重,进而就改进高职法学教学方法提出了具体的建议。

From the problems of the current law teaching methods in the higher vocational education,this article studies preliminarily the goal of higher vocational law education. From this, we know teaching methods of higher vocational education law should train the practical ability of students, then, put forward specific proposals of law vocational teaching methods.
