摘要
将熵值法和模糊综合评判法相结合,建立了熵值模糊综合评价模型.应用该模型对研发人员进行绩效评价,可以有效地解决评价过程中出现的主观性和模糊性问题,从而使评价结果更符合客观实际.
Through combining entropy method and the fuzzy evaluation method, the authors put forward an entropy power fuzzy evaluation model. This model can solve the subjectivity and fuzziness issues that might exist in the process of research and development personnel performance evaluation, and make the evaluation results are in a good agreement with practical situation.
