摘要
对SKF最新推出的滚动轴承摩擦力矩计算模型及其影响因素进行了分析,并结合算例对SKF推出的滚动轴承摩擦力矩的计算模型和一般计算方法进行了对比,重点探讨了载荷和转速对滚动轴承摩擦力矩的影响。结果表明,在高速和低载时,SKF推出的滚动轴承摩擦力矩计算模型得出的结果更为准确,在低转速和高载荷时,两者差别不大。
The article introduces newest computation model and influence factors of rolling bearing friction torque that the SKF promotes, and the difference between the model and normal calculation method is compared with practical examples. The influences of load and rotating speed on the friction torque are focused. The results show that the calculation done by SKF model is more precise under higher speed and lower load, and the difference between beth methods is less under lower speed and higher load.
