自拟软肝消癥汤治疗肝炎后肝硬化腹水疗效观察

Clinical observation on posthepatitic cirrhosis abdominal dropsy by the treatment of Ruangan xiaozheng Soup

目的:探讨中医药治疗肝炎后肝硬化腹水的临床疗效。方法:将120例患者随机分为治疗组60例、对照组60例,治疗组在西医对症治疗的基础上加服自拟软肝消癥汤,对照组给予西医常规对症治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为88.4%、70.0%,有显著性差异(P<0.05);半年后随访治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为84.2%、66.7%,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:自拟软肝消癥汤治疗肝炎后肝硬化腹水具有近期疗效较好、远期疗效肯定的优点。

Objective： To investigate the clinical curative effect of posthepatitic cirrhosis abdominal dropsy by the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods： 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group were given Ruangan Xiaozheng Soup on the base of western medicine. Control group were given western medicine only. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was 84.2%, control group was 70.0%. There were significant differences （P〈0.05）. Follow-up visit after half a year,the total effective rate of treatment group was 84.2%, control group was 66.7%. There were significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Ruangan Xiaozheng Soup can treat posthepatitic cirrhosis abdominal dropsy effectively, and it＇s curative effect well in the near future and long-term.
