The Study on the Background and Development Stages of Open Access

摘要 分析了开放存取的产生背景,总结了开放存取的几个发展阶段,包括其萌芽阶段(1665—1991年)、初步发展阶段(1991—2002年)和稳步发展阶段(2002年至今)。 This paper analyzes the background of the open access, and summarizes the development phases of Open Access including its embryonic stage （ 1665-1991 ）, initial developing stage （1991-2002） and steady .developing stage （2002-present）.
