经络辨证推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症78例

78 cases' lubar intervertebral disc protrusion treated by massage by syndrome differentiation of meridian

目的:观察经络辨证推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将156例腰椎间盘突出症患者按随机数字表法平均分为两组,治疗组在常规推拿基础上加经络辨证推拿治疗;对照组单纯采用常规推拿治疗方案。治疗3个疗程后比较两组临床疗效及主观症状记分、客观体征记分变化。结果:治疗后两组总体疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);治疗后两组主观症状记分、客观体征记分相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:在常规推拿基础上加经络辨证推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症,与常规推拿治疗相比具有更好的临床疗效。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of lubar intervertebral disc protrusion by massage by differentiation of syndromes of meridian. Methods： 156 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group were given massage by differentiation of syndromes of meridian. Control group were given convention massage. 3 courses later, compared with the clinical curative effect, score of rational symptom and score of objective sign of the two groups. Result： There were significant differences in the two groups （P〈0.01）. Score of rational symptom and score of objective sign of the two groups had significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The method of massage by differentiation of syndromes of meridian can treat lubar intervertebral disc protrusion better than common treatment.
