静脉穿刺成功率与持针方法

Success ratio of venepuncture and needle-holding method

目的:探讨静脉穿刺时的持针方法与静脉穿刺成功率的关系,从而提高静脉穿刺的成功率。方法:通过长期对来我院门诊部进行静脉穿刺治疗的患者采取两种不同持针方法的静脉穿刺操作的成功率进行比较,从而体会到静脉穿刺成功率与持针方法是有关联的。结果:静脉穿刺时,手持针柄前、后缘进行静脉穿刺的成功率高,特别是对某些特殊的群体、在某些特殊的情况下,有着至关重要的关系。结论:静脉穿刺时,手持针柄前、后缘进行静脉穿刺的持针方法不失为比常规的持针方法更应特别推广的方法。同时,还可试制与此持针方法更匹配的静脉穿刺针。

Objective： To discuss the relation between needle-holding method and the Success ratio of venepuncture so as to increase the possibility of success.Methods ： Through long-term comparision of the two different ways of holding needles on relavant patlents.It is evident that the success ratio is connected closely with the need-holding rnethod.Results ： The success ratio would be higher if the needle handle could be held by either the front side or the back side during the course of venepuncturc, especially to certain special patients in some special circumstances.Conclusion ： Needle-holding method of venepuncture is worthy of popularization.Meanwhile, it would be feasible if we could try to make a kind of veneouncture needle that is acurdant to the holding method.
