均匀设计法优选复方天麻滴丸的成型工艺研究

Research into optimization of forming techniques for Compound Tall Gastrodia Tuber Drop Pills by uniform design method

目的:优选复方天麻滴丸最佳成型工艺。方法:针对影响滴丸制备因素考察料温、基质种类、滴距、药物与基质配比等影响因素,并以丸重相对标准偏差、圆整度为测评指标,最终确定最佳成型工艺条件。结果:药物与基质的配比为3∶7;料温:80℃;滴距:1cm;基质种类:PEG4000∶PEG6000=1∶1,该成型工艺可靠,重现性良好。结论:采用均匀设计法优选复方天麻滴丸的成型工艺可行。

Objective： To select the best forming techniques for Compound Tall Gastrodia Tuber Drop Pill. Methods ： According to the factors that affect the quality of drop pill, we selected four factors as temperature of drop solution, the variety of matrix; the ratio between drug and matrix; the dropping distance, and then we selected the RSD of weight of dripping pills and the roundness as index examination. Results ： The optimum techniques were that ： the ratio between drug and matrix was 3 ： 7; the temperature of drug solution was 80℃; the dropping distance was 1 cm; the composition of matrix was PEG4000 ： PEG6000=1 ： 1. The method adopted is steady and feasible. Conclusion ： It＇s feasible to seek the optimum techniques making Compound Tall Gastrodia Tuber Drop Pill by uniform design method.
