中医美容技术专业教学改革的体会

Experience of the teaching improvement of the Chinese medical cosmetology specialty

美容业是一个新兴行业,但其一诞生就飞速发展,这就迫切要求提高美容从业人员的自身素质,在这种形势下,我院成立了中医美容技术专业。随着教学工作的开展及对高职教育认识的不断深入,结合教学实践、学生实习实训的意见反馈及市场需求的变化,在专业成立两年后,进行了一次教学改革,更加明确了专业培养目标、人才培养规格,在课程设置、成绩考核等方面进行了大胆尝试,并加强了教材建设、实训基地建设及师资队伍建设。

The beauty industry is an emerging profession, but its birth develops rapidly, which needs to improve the quality of the employed. In this condition, our college has set up the Chinese medical cosmetology specialty. With the open out of the teaching work and the continual acquaintance of/he altitude professional education, our college combined the idea of the teaching practice, the students＇ exercitational feedback, and the change of the market demand.After the specality having been established for two years, we carried out a teaching improvement, which even more had been clear our specialized training goal. personnel cultivating specification, we tried our utmost in curriculum setting, test scores checking etc, we also strengthen the teaching material construction, practice base construction and the teacher troop construction.
