摘要
针对目前水文档案信息化建设中存在的问题,从思想认识变革、基础硬件设施建设、档案信息资源建设和信息化人才队伍建设等方面论述了加强水文档案信息化建设的措施。
In the light of the problems existing in the informatization construction of hydrographic records, this paper discusses the measures for strengthening the informatization construction of hydrographic records from aspects of the change of ideological recognition, the construction of hard infrastructure, the construction of information resources, and the construction of excellent staff team of informatization, etc.
