在市场竞争日益激烈的今天,人们逐渐意识到企业的研发能力对企业市场竞争力有着至关重要的作用,而我国研发活动存在的问题已经日益成为制约我国企业发展的瓶颈。在对我国企业研发现存问题进行分析研究的基础上,从论述其基础要素入手,对敏捷研发进行了初步探讨。

In today＇ s increasingly competitive market, people are realizing that the R ＆ D ability of enterprise has the important influence on the market competitiveness of the enterprise. However, the problems existing in our country＇ s R ＆ D activity has increasingly become the bottleneck constraining the development of China＇s enterprises. On the basis of analyzing the problems existing in R ＆ D of our country＇ s enterprises, this paper discusses the agile R ＆ D starting from the discussion on its basic elements.
