Probe into Accelerating the Industrialization of High-tech Achievements

高新技术成果与高新技术产业,两者之间有着密切的联系,缺一不可。高新技术成果要转化为高新技术产业,必须有一个客观的转化过程。就当前制约高新技术成果产业化的几个重要环节,从人才、市场、资金3个方面,展开了讨论,并提出了新的见解。

High-tech achievements and high-tech industry are related closely to each other and are complementing each other. It needs an objective transformation process that the high-tech achievements transform into high-tech industry. From three aspects of the talents, market and capital, this paper discusses some important links that restrict the high-tech achievements industrialization, and advances some new opinions.
