This paper expounds the direction of the developing strategy adjustment of our country＇s coal industrial enterprise, analyzes the form classification and applicability of the organizational structure of enterprise, and taking a certain large-scale state-owned coal enterprise as the example, probes into how the enterprise to make the adjustment of organizational structure based on the developing strategy.
