The Comparison of Training Objectives and Modes of Financial Colleges between Chinese Mainland and Taiwan Region

通过对我国大陆和台湾地区财经类院校人才培养目标和方案的对比,指出了大陆财经类院校在人才培养目标设计和人才培养方案制订中存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策。

Through comparing the training objectives and modes of financial colleges between Chinese Mainland and Taiwan Region, this paper points out the problems existing in the design of the training objectives and the establishment of schemes of the talents cultivation in financial colleges of Chinese Mainland, and advances some corresponding countermeasures.
