摘要
对腾讯QQ在图书馆实时参考咨询服务中的应用进行了探讨,提出了利用QQ开展实时咨询的建议。
This paper probes into the application of QQ in the online consulting service of library, and advances some suggestions on developing the real-time consulting by using QQ.
