摘要
使用文献统计法,对有关麦肯锡公司(Mikinsey)知识管理研究文献的数量、年代、主题分布情况进行了统计分析,并通过对文献主题内容的分析,对现有的研究成果进行了综述。
Based on the method of the literature statistics, this paper makes the statistical analysis on the papers related to the research on the knowledge management of McKinsey ＆ Company including the distribution of the amounts, publishing years and themes of these papers, and through analyzing the themes of the literatures, summarizes the available research results.
