加氢裂化装置提高重石脑油收率的探讨

STUDY ON INCREASING HEAVY NAPHTHA YIELD OF HYDROCRACKING UNIT

系统阐述中国石油化工股份有限公司天津分公司1.2 Mt/a加氢裂化装置制约重石脑油收率提高的几方面原因,并提出了解决问题的具体方法。通过采取提高反应转化率,调节裂化反应器床层温升、加大重石脑油抽出量等手段,将重石脑油收率由30.11%提高到34%以上,满足了下游装置的原料需求。

The restrictions for increasing heavy naphtha yield of a 24,000 b/d hydrocracking unit in Sinopec Tianjin Petrochemical Co. were analyzed and effective measures were suggested. After increasing the conversion rate, adjusting the temperature rise in reactor bed and increasing the draw-out of heavy naphtha etc, the yield of heavy naphtha is increased from 30.11% to over 34%, meeting the feedstock requirement of downstream units.
