介绍了一种通过比较重整精制油、重整第四反应器出口和重整高压分离器油样中环烷烃含量的变化来分析与判断重整装置换热器内漏的方法。正常生产情况下,在重整反应产物中,环烷烃的含量应该是比较低的。如果重整产物中环烷烃质量分数超过3.0%,则或是催化剂活性下降,或是重整进料/产物换热器发生内漏。利用这一特点,可进行重整装置进料/产物换热器内漏的分析与判断。这种方法在三套工业装置上的运用情况表明,结果准确、简便,行之有效。
A method and its applications in three commercial units are presented for the analysis and diagnosis of the reformer feed/product heat exchanger leak through the analysis of the changes of naphthenes content in reformate, the fourth reactor outlet sample and the reformer HP separator oil sample. In normal operating conditions, the naphthenes in these oils are lower. If naphthenes in reformate exceeds 3.0 m%, it indicates that either the catalyst activity has been reduced or the leakage has occurred in the reformer feed/product heat exchanger. The commercial application of this method on three commercial units proves that it is an effectire and dependable and easy means for diagnosing heat exchanger leaks.
