摘要
为了满足对二甲苯(PX)联合装置实时仿真快速运行的要求,针对装置设备多、物流组分数多等特点,采用表征组分的方式和简化热力学性质关联方法来缩短物性计算时间。PX装置仿真培训系统使用了简化热力学性质关联方法后,大大加快了运行速度:实践证明,简化的热力学性质关联方法应用于PX装置仿真培训系统切实可行,效果良好。
To accelerate the execution of real-time simulation for the PX complex, the characterizing component and the simplified method for calculating thermodynamic property were applied to shorten the calculation time according to the unit' s special features of a large number of equipments and effluent components. The calculation time was greatly reduced in the PX complex' s simulation training system after the simplified method for thermodynamic property calculation had been applied. It is proved to be a practical and effective measure for calculating thermodynamic property in the PX complex' s simulation training system.
