概括了当前住区设计的发展趋向,提出了现代住区设计新理念,即:人性化、理性化、个性化、生态化。在秦皇岛市近海别业小区规划设计中,从项目选址、场地规划、功能分区、建筑布局、建筑选型、交通组织、景观设计等,充分体现以上设计理念,打造一个充满人性化、个性化、生态化的新一代住区。

The paper discusses the new trend of neighborhood planning and puts forward modem neighborhood planning concept： human, rational, personalized, and eco-friendly. These new concepts were fully reflected in the design of Qinhuangdao coastal neighborhood planning, from its site selection, venue planning, zoning,building layout, construction selection, traffic, to its landscape design. Our aim is to build a new generation of neighborhood that is more human, personalized and ecology friendly.
