校内、外实践教学基地是工科类院校开展实践教学、提高学生实践能力的必备场所。通过分析目前实验室和实践教学基地建设中所存在的主要问题,结合河北科技师范学院欧美学院工科实训基地的建设规划和实践,讨论了校内实践教学基地建设的构思、功能区划分和具体措施。

Inside and outside university practice teaching bases are the necessary places tor engmeenng colleges, where students can improve their practice abilities by accepting practice teaching. By analyzing the main problems currently exiting in the establishment of laboratories and practice teaching bases, especially by the a- nalysis of the building program and practice of engineering practice teaching base of Hebei Normal University of Science and Technology, the paper discusses the conception, division of function areas and concrete measures about inside university practice teaching bases.
