摘要
利用自动化仪表检测、控制动力波烟气脱硫工艺过程,可以稳定控制脱硫循环槽内烟气吸收、氧化反应的重要条件——循环乳液的pH值,以及氧化反应生成物——硫酸钙的排放密度,提高烟气吸收率和整个工艺系统的作业效率,并稳定工艺生产,降低石灰石的用量,节约生产成本.
Automatic monitoring and control in dynamic wave desulphurization system can stabilize the pH value of the circulating liquid, an important factor in controlling the waste gas absorbing and oxidation reaction in the recycling chutes. It also stabilizes the emission density of the resultant of the oxidation reaction calcium sulfate. It improves the waste gas absorbing rate, the efficiency of the whole process system, stabilizes the production flow, reduces the usage of limestone and saves the production cost.
