大片云母基红色珠光颜料的制备研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用湿化学沉淀法制备Fe_2O_3-大片云母红色珠光颜料,对合成条件进行了系统研究,利用DTA确立煅烧温度,利用XRD对合成产物进行物相分析.通过实验,确定的最佳参数为:体系的pH控制在3.0-3.5,水浴温度为85℃,反应液的浓度为4%-8%,样品的煅烧温度为850℃.研究结果表明,这种珠光颜料具有较好的耐酸、耐碱、耐候性. Red Pearlescent Pigment of big Flaky Mica-base coated by Fe203 was prepared by wet-chemical deposition method, The synthesizing factors were studied systematically. The structures of Pearlescent Pigment were analyzed by XRD. The calcinations temperature was determined by DTA-TG, The optimum process parameters for the red Pearlescent Pigment of Big Flaky Mica are that, the pH of the reaction system is ranged form 3.0 to3.5, the reaction temperature is about 85 ℃, the concentration of FeC13 is 4 %-8 % and the calcinations temperature is 850℃.The result of the study shows that the red pearlescent pigment is of high acid proof, alkali resisting and anti-climate.
