磁化矿泉浴对正常人血清免疫球蛋白及补体C_3C_4的影响

Observation of magnetic mineral spring water effect on immunoglobulin and C 3,C 4 of normal human being

目的研究开发矿泉浴的医用范围，探讨磁化矿泉浴的作用机理。方法６２例健康疗养员随机分成磁化矿泉浴组３１例，单纯矿泉浴组３１例。两组均采用全身浸浴疗法，疗程前后分别抽取空腹静脉血，用单项免疫扩散法测定免疫球蛋白及补体Ｃ３、Ｃ４。结果磁化矿泉浴疗程后较疗程前血清免疫球蛋白及补体Ｃ３、Ｃ４水平显著提高（Ｐ＜０．０１）；单纯矿泉浴组疗程后较疗程前免疫球蛋白ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＭ及补体Ｃ３、Ｃ４水平有明显提高（Ｐ＜０．０５），而ＩｇＡ则稍有降低趋势。疗程后两组间相比有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论两种矿泉浴均能增强正常人群的免疫功能，尤以磁化矿泉浴为著。

Objective To search the medical principle of magnetie mineral spring water treat on human being,open up its treatment range. Methods 62 cases of health recupreators were divided into two groups by random,31 cases per group were treated by magnetic mineral spring water or simple mineral spring water,through all body bath,draw vein blood on an empty stomach before and after course of treatment,determine the value of immunoglobulin and C 3,C 4.With one side immunodiffusion. Results After the course of treatment,the value of IgG,IgM,and C 3,C 4 all had significant increased both two groups(magnetic group P<0.01,simple group P<0.05),IgA had significant increased in magnetic group(P<0.01),but had reduced in simple group (P<0.05).There are significant different between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusions Magnetic mineral spring water is better in enhance the immunity of human being.
