摘要
目的:探讨肺挫伤的诊断和治疗方法,提高肺挫伤的治疗效果。方法:回顾分析76例肺挫伤患者的临床资料。结果:76例肺挫伤患者经过系统治疗,治愈72例(94.7%);死亡4例(5.3%)。结论:根据病史、胸部X线、CT检查可以明确诊断;保持呼吸道通畅、有效的胸壁固定及合理应用机械通气是提高肺挫伤疗效的重要途径。
Objective：To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary contusion and to improve the therapeutic effect of pulmonary contusion.Methods： A retrospective study was carried out in 76 cases with pulmonary contusion.Results：Seventy-two cases（94.7%）survived;4 cases（5.3%）died.Conclusions：Chest X-ray and CT are reliable for the diagnosis of pulmonary contusion.Keeping airway clear,chest-fixation and reasonably mechanical ventilation are the important ways to imporove the therapeutic effect of pulmonary contusion.
